You now can upload products in Bulk on our Shopboxo Desktop platform.
Open Shopboxo in your browser https://web.shopboxo.io/ and navigate to Products
On Products menu tap on Options > click on Import Products
You will see pop up window with Excel file template.
Download the template to prepare ready to import file.
Here's how .xslx file looks like
First row is Products field names.
Second row is Instructions. Please follow the Instructions!
Add your products information from Third row only!
DO NOT EDIT FIRST TWO ROWS. ADD PRODUCT INFORMATION FROM ROW THREE.
Let's check the Product fields, first row in excel file:
Title - Mandatory field, 100 characters max, Text only.
Category - Mandatory field, 100 characters max, Text only. If you will add category name that not existing in your store, it will create a new category upon import.
Description - Optional field.
Price - Mandatory field, 20 digits max, including 2 decimal.
Sale price - Optional field, 20 digits max, including 2 decimal. Sale price must be lower than Price.
Per item Type - Select value from dropdown: piece, kg, gm, set, dozen, milliliter, meter, sq_meter, day, packet, box, pair, minute, plate, bowl, servin, stick, bottle, glass, shot, can, cup.
Per item Quantity - Mandatory field, integer only.
Manage Stock - Select value from dropdown: TRUE or FALSE.
SKU - Optional field.
Stock Quantity - Optional field, integer only.
Weight - Optional field, 20 digits max, including 2 decimal.
Weight Unit - Select value from dropdown: kg or g.
Variant Option 1 - Optional field.
Variant Option 1 values - Optional field.
Variant Option 2 - Optional field.
Variant Option 2 values - Optional field.
Variant Option 3 - Optional field.
Variant Option 3 values - Optional field.
Image 1 URL - Optional field. URL should lead to actual image download!
Image 2 URL - Optional field. URL should lead to actual image download!
Image 3 URL - Optional field. URL should lead to actual image download!
Image 4 URL - Optional field. URL should lead to actual image download!
Image 5 URL - Optional field. URL should lead to actual image download!
Once your file is ready to upload click on Choose file > Upload and Continue
If some products information was added incorrectly you will see this notification and error report to review failed rows.
Correct fields with errors and upload file again.
