Customers can call a waiter or request a bill from Order details page
If order placed with Table ordering, customer can see button "Call staff"

Once customer customer tap on this button, you will receive notification on Orders menu and in order details

Customer also might request bill, by tapping button "Ask for bill"

To close this notifications, please open the order details and tap Done
You will receive notification each time customer tapped on button.
