To link your Instagram page to Shopboxo you need:

To connect Custom domain you need subscribe to PRO. Check this link here.

Once you subscribed to PRO, you can connect Free custom domain or use your own Existing domain.

If you connected free domain from namecheap, you will need to create Google Workspace
Check out guide here.
Please make sure you selecting "Yes, I have one I can use." on Step 2.
Google should provide you MX Records, please save them and reach out us, so we can configure your account in namecheap.

If you using your own custom domain, you should have email under same domain. Check your Domain provider settings.

Open your Instagram account and navigate to Professional Dashboard > tap on Shops

Connect to Meta Business Manager and add Business email
Tap Next
​

Connect a catalog. You can select existed as recommended or create new one.
Tap Next

Enter your website URL
​
​

Select checkout on your website.
Customers will browse products in Instagram, but checkout will be done in Shopboxo.
Tap Next.

Check the details and Submit for review!

Review might take some time, you can check status by navigating to Settings > Business > Check Shopping Review Status
