After you enabled Shopboxo Pay, Grab and Maya payment options are available immediately, but for the GCash you need to complete KYC process.
Verification process takes up to 8 - 10 business days. Soon as your account will be activated you will receive an email and your customers will see Gcash payment option at your checkout.
Navigate to Payments and tap Enable GCash
Step 1: Select your Business entity type. Makes sure you will have documents for selected type.
Step 2: Confirm the Registered company name, Trade/Brand name, Business email and Registered business address.
Business address should be same as in Business details in your Store tab.
NOTE: For Sole Proprietorship, Corporation and Partnership please make sure the Company name is same as in your documents.
Step 3: Then you need submit Business Owner name and Phone number.
Name should be same as signatory person from the submitted documents.
Phone number should be same as in the Business details in your Store tab.
Step 4: Submit personal documents and Company legal documents.
List of valid documents that can be accepted:
Passport, UMID, Driver's license, SSS, PRC, Postal ID, Voter's ID, ACR, PhilSys with QR code image!
For the PhilSys ID you also must provide picture of QR code on the back!
Any other ID is not acceptable!
Guidelines for the ID:
Photo or scan copy must be clear and all details are visible
Text should be not inverted
ID must be located on plain surface
Guidlines for Selfie with ID:
Photo must be clear and not blurry. Make sure there's enough light
ID should be held left, right or under the head
ALL details (number, full name, etc.) are clearly visible in the photo and are not covered by hands and other parts of the body
Face and ID should be fully visible in the photo
Guidelines for Legal Documents:
Photo or scanned copy of documents should be clear and all text should be visible
All documents should be applied in separated files
Please submit document files in PDF format
SEC Registration, Article of Incorporation, GIS and Notarized Secretary's Certification should have all pages.

NOTE: If your application marked as Failed, there's no way to re-apply to the GCash activation.
Failing reasons
Invalid ID - Upload correct ID (Passport, UMID, Driver's license, SSS, PRC, Postal ID, Voter's ID, ACR, PhilSys).
Invalid Selfie with ID - Upload clear selfie with ID. Make sure ID on your selfie is same as submitted ID.
Invalid Document - Invalid DTI Registration/Notarized Secretary Certification, GIS, Article of Incorporation, etc.
Invalid Industry - Your online store has products that related to different business industries.
Phone Number is Invalid - Your phone number is missing or mismatch. Please navigate to Business details in Store tab and add/edit the number.
Address is Invalid - Your address detail is missing or mismatch. Please navigate to Business details in Store tab and add/edit the address.
Products are Incomplete - Your online store should have at least 3 products with correct image, valid price, name and description.
Forbidden Products - Prohibited industry: Services, Counterfeit or unauthorized goods, Adult content and services, Virtual currency, Secondhand/Thrift. Full list of forbidden products here.
Specific Products - Your online store has products that needs specific check (Gold, Jewelry, Watches Alcohol, Nicotine). Fill out these documents and reach out Support.
