To cancel Shopboxo PRO subscription please navigate to Home tab and tap PRO on top right
You will see your subscription page and Renew date. Please tap on Manage
Your Stripe billing center will be opened where you can:
Edit billing information and change payment method
Cancel your subscription
By canceling your subscription your plan will be canceled immediately, but all features will be still available until the end of your billing period.
We don't provide any refund.
Please tap on Cancel plan
On the next step select Cancel subscription and tap Cancel Plan
After you cancel your subscription:
Custom domain will be disabled. Your online store will be available under old URL
slug.shopboxo.ioPro themes and fonts will be disabled
Shopboxo branding will appear on the online store and receipts
