Instant replies are messages that are sent automatically as your Page's first response to new messages. For example, you can use your instant reply message to let customers know how to order from your store if you can't reply yourself.
To set up Instant reply, please open your Facebook Business Suite > navigate to Inbox > select Automations
Click on Create Automation
Then select Frequently Asked Questions and click Edit automation
Click on Add another question and proceed
Now you need add your first question and answer for the question.

Q1: How to order? | A: Hi! You can order on our website: |
Q2: Do you have a price list? | A: Hi! You can check prices on our website: |
Q3: How can I pay? | A: Hi! You can pay via GCash, Grab and Maya. Check the website: |
Q4: How much is the shipping fee? | A: Hi! The shipping fee within Metro Manila is 123₱ Check it on our website: |
