You can easily refund the order paid by Shopboxo Pay:

  • Navigate to Orders tab and select the order

  • On the top right corner click on three dots

  • Tap on Refund

  • Confirm refund

Order status will be automatically changed and funds will be returned to the customer.


Refund might take 1-2 days to appear on customers end.


If you need refund the order paid with Custom Payment method, please do next steps:

  • Navigate to Orders tab and select the order

  • On the top right corner click on three dots

  • Tap on Refund and enter amount

  • Confirm refund

NOTE: This will only change the status of the order in Shopboxo.

Please don't forget to make a refund through received payment method.
