Identify different cohorts of customers for marketing, communication, or analytics purposes.

Navigate to Store tab and select Customers

Filters and Sorting

Easily sort out customers and identify specific insights.


You can apply filters based on type and location. You can select multiple at a time.
By type:

  • One-time - Include customers with 1 order

  • Returning - Include customer with 2 or more orders

By location:

  • Province - list all the unique province(s) of all the existing customers' addresses


Also you can Sort by date, name, amount spent and order qty. You can select only one at a time.

  • Date added (oldest first)

  • Date added (newest first)

  • Last order date (oldest first)

  • Last order date (newest first)

  • Customer name (A-Z)

  • Customer name (Z-A)

  • Amount spent (low to high)

  • Amount spent (high to low)

  • Number of orders (low to high)

  • Number of orders (high to low)

Customer Details

You can select specific user and check full information.
Total spent, Total orders and each order history.

Reach out customer by tapping quick buttons: Call or Open Whatsapp
You can open order and check the details.
