To add you Custom Payment method please navigate to Store > Payment methods > and click + Add
NOTE: Shopboxo not operating Custom Payment method and not responsible for the orders paid with this method. Please make sure, you receive the payment first and only then ship the order.
You will see two fields:
Title
Instructions
In Title you can set up any title you want, for example 'Visa2Visa' or any other suitable name for money transfers in your region.
In Instructions field please fully describe steps, so your customer can complete a payment. For example, if you want to set a Visa card transfer, you can enter this text: "Please transfer order amount to GCash number XXXX XXXX XXXX and sent the receipt to WhatsApp"
Your customers will see these payment options at checkout and can choose which one they wish to use
After customer will click on Place order they will see this notification to confirm payment
After customer will confirm, you will see this order in Orders tab and check the payment method. Soon as they will complete payment, you can accept the order.
You can have multiple custom payment methods and can enable/disable or delete them at any time. Just toggle the option on Payment methods to disable it or click on method and you will see Delete button.
