Navigate to Store and select Design.

Menu page
In the Menu page you can organize your categories to display on online store.
You can add or remove categories from storefront.
When you add Category in your Products, it will be automatically displayed in Menu page.
Shopping bag
In Shopping bag you can set up Minimum spend amount.
Enable this option and set up amount. Customers will need to add products to saved amount in order to proceed with order placing.
